Awards

Award-winning photojournalist Patrick Schneider has hundreds of photography awards to his name, the most notable being a 2005 Pulitzer Prize for team public service coverage of Hurricane Katrina, obtained while assisting the Biloxi Sun Herald staff as it continued coverage during and after the hurricane.

Region 6 Photographer of the Year (twice) - Region 6 covers a seven-state area in the South

Region 4 Photographer of the Year - Region 4 covers a four-state area in the Midwest
