ABOUT

PATRICK SCHNEIDER

Owner and lead photographer Patrick Schneider creates high-quality, professional commercial images that global corporations, especially heavy industry and manufacturers, use to show the human side of their operations. Using innovative and dramatic lighting techniques and shooting from unusual angles, Patrick creates distinctive photographs that help marketers bolster visual brands, corporate communicators engage audiences and drive understanding, and Human Resource recruiters attract right-fit talent. He gets to know clients’ goals and the brands they represent, then creates distinctive photos that show what makes a company unique.

Patrick specializes in photographing the full range of manufacturing and industrial processes, including heavy manufacturing and industry photography, clean-room manufacturing, high-tech manufacturing, and more. His photographic expertise also extends into full-service corporate photography. Patrick and his team offer corporate events photography, corporate portraits, incentive trip photography, photographing business in action, showing employees at work and more.
Before starting his commercial photography business in 2007, Patrick found his passion in editorial photography. He's worked as an on-staff photographer for The Charlotte Observer, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Detroit News and Indianapolis Star and has covered major news around the world, including the Olympic Games, Olympic trials, Super Bowl championships, NCAA playoffs, and emergency responder efforts during more than a dozen devastating hurricanes, including Katrina, Andrew, Floyd, and Hugo. Being a photojournalist taught Patrick to look for the unexpected, an ability that sets him apart from other corporate photographers today.

Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree in photojournalism and visual communication from Ohio University.

He is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, but travels everywhere to create human-focused images for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies around the globe.

Giving Back
Patrick Schneider lives his passion for people and photography outside of work. He gives back with both photography and hands-on support. His favorite volunteer relationships include Flashes of Hope, Civil Air Patrol, Southeastern Guide Dogs, and Boy Scouts of America.

Since 2009, he has been a volunteer photographer for Flashes of Hope, a nonprofit organization that changes the way children with cancer and other life threatening illnesses see themselves through the gift of photography.
Flashes of Hope also raises money for pediatric cancer research.

Flashes of Hope portraits help children feel better about their changing appearance by celebrating it. For families of terminally ill children, it's especially important for them to have a portrait that preserves the beauty, grace and dignity of their child.
